Wainwright Constructions, and Seed Building Consultants, are based on the Mornington Peninsula, and that's where you'll find us most often – walking blocks, meeting homeowners and getting to know the councils and conditions that shape a good second dwelling here.

But our Director, Paul Wainwright, has been building around Melbourne for over 35 years, not just on the Peninsula, so if you're further afield and thinking about a granny flat, tiny home, or second dwelling, it's still worth a conversation. We travel for the right project.

We also travel to Bayside suburbs from Frankston through to Sandringham – Frankston, Carrum, Chelsea, Mordialloc, Mentone, Beaumaris, Brighton, and Sandringham – as well as towns further around Western Port Bay like Tooradin and Koo Wee Rup.
